minor documentation adjustments

a few minor documentation issues with curl_easy_setopt (as per
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html):

CURLOPT_RANDOM_FILE:
"the more secure will the SSL connection become."
should be:
"the more secure the SSL connection will become."

CURLOPT_COOKIEJAR:
Add: "(Added in 7.9)" or "(Added in libcurl 7.9)". (Some options have
the former suffix and some the latter. Is there a reasoning behind
this?)

CURLOPT_FTP_USE_EPSV:
"(which is always does by default)"
should be:
"(which it always does by default)"

CURLOPT_DNS_USE_GLOBAL_CACHE:
"between easy handles creations and deletions"
should be:
"between easy handle creations and deletions"

CURLOPT_WRITEDATA:
Add: "(The name CURLOPT_WRITEDATA was added in 7.x)".
