In the bottom of the left-side menu on the C API web pages, I've now made the
seven functions in the multi interface appear:

        http://curl.sourceforge.net/libcurl/c/

         or

        http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/

(I'm open for ideas on how to re-arrange the libcurl C API web section to
reduce the size of that left-side menu.)
