I have just made TclCurl 0.9.5, a Tcl binding to libcurl, available
the main changes are:

        * libcurl 7.9.5 support.

        * New configure scripts that should be more portable.

From now on I intend to concentrate on supporting the 'multi
interface', I have made a proposal on how the binding would
