hi,
in a previous mail of mine i said that some threads don't
timeout when my app uses a lot of threads, each making an
http connection. well, i was wrong. it was due to a bug
of my app. I have tested the timouts in linux with a lot
of threads (up to 500) and they timeout correctly.
