How do I keep libcurl from trying to use the "pasv" ftp command, when I use
the C API? I have a situation where I can't use passive on the one ftp
server that I really need to do uploads on. I have had this problem with
every piece of FTP software that I've tried, so I can be reasonably sure
that it's not just curl.
