Does your PHP program work with regular http:// connections?

I'd say this is a PHP configuration issue. You have a PHP module that uses
libcurl somehow, right?
If so, where does it (Apache+PHP) find the libcurl.dll? Is it perhaps
compiled with a staticly linked libcurl?
