Hi!!

I want to compile cURL with SSL under Windows. But when I execute make -f
Makefile.m32 SSL= 1, I've got an error: Can't find Libcurl.dll.
But this file do not exist!!
Help me please.

I'm french and I can't find help in french about this installation!
