I tried to revert commit 343f253c60940c91cb2108d557ecc25ff8fc10fd and it did
not cause the tests to be installed by 'python setup.py install'. It looks
like you have already implemented what you are asking for in commit
28fe04d826cdf22379a20d9a852fbd2d0df011d9?
