Hello,

I'm proposing a small refactoring of pycurl that replaces some
boilerplate code with Python 2.4's Py_RETURN_NONE macro. I could
#define that macro in the case of Python 2.2 or 2.3, but maybe it's
time (last release of 2.3 was in March 2008) to bump up the minimal
version of Python to 2.4 and simplify some parts of the code. What do
you think?
