I installed CURL, I do not remember installing libcurl, and I assume I
am using the default package.
Pycurl can be installed with only the --curl-config parameter.
I tried installing pycurl with --curl-config=/usr/local/bin/curl-
config and also --curl-config=/opt/local/bin/curl-config

I am still getting the same error.
