Unfortunately I'm not on Debian. I'm on Windows. I don't have any bundle
provided with curl itself, and I try to find any to work with.

I'm download curl_716_1_ssl.zip and did not find any ca-bundle inside.
:-(

And I need to work with PyCurl.
