pycurl-7.15.2 has been released and includes the following feature enhancements:

    * Added CURLOPT_CONNECT_ONLY, CURLINFO_LASTSOCKET,
      CURLOPT_LOCALPORT and CURLOPT_LOCALPORTRANGE.
