OK - I can kind of see that, but why don't I get prompted for this when
I use curl.exe? I don't pass this in for my command line and it works.
 
Also, I see no indication when I'm tracing that I'm passing anything in
Basic Authentication when I use a web browser. In fact the debug
headers look almost identical to my IE/FireFox headers with the
exception of that last portion. My web browsers show that I'm still in.
pycUrl shows that I'm not.

It wants your user name and password for "FileDriveWWW" using Basic
authentication. You didn't provide that.
