Well, the new way I'm trying is through bitbucket.org. The principal
mercurial repository is there. When you got changes you want to submit, you
can either send me the changeset, or if you subscribe to bitbucket, I can
just add you as a contributor, so you'll be able to submit yourself the
patch.
