OK. Now I've tried out the new RC... Nothing new. Same problem.

But I've found out something very, very strange!

The code only doesn't work for the attached file (glider.ive)!
It's a binary osg (OpenSceneGraph) description.

I tried my code out with zip files and it works great.

So I'm wondering, why this file is such a problem?
curl itself cann download it without any problems...

Someone has got some idea?
