Sorry, it seems that it's my mistake, the file isn't intended to be
included. (got that from example13.cpp).

Anyway, I couldn't compile curlpp before I downloaded streampos.h to the
source dir. I'll see if I can send some more details later... at the
first glance, it seems that configure.ac should be modified to exit and
display some help message, if streampos.h is missing.
