Download must be asked for by a submit, file is generated on the fly.

I spent 2 hours surfing the web for how to do this.
There are no examples in the php curl documentation.
The file triggers the download mechanic and doesn't come back directly
into the browser.
 
Nobody willing to share how to do this?
