I meant to say that i passed the integer value 145 to curl_setopt
(didn't return false), and ran curl_exec($handle), now it starts
uploading my file, and i checked my upload speed and it takes all
speed

I just tried this value, but it doesn't work either.
I checked the curl files in the include dir and it says somewhere:
CINIT(MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE, OFF_T, 145),
So, that's where i got that 145 from, but i don't nknow what CINIT
does actually, it might add some value to 145, but it's not 30000 :)
