Okay...

Well how can I get the latest php_curl.dll then? I have tried to
understand the cURL website
but I dont get it... What package should I download? What files should
be replaced?

Should I replace php_curl.dll and those two files i have in my
C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder?
(I am running WinXP).
