None of these files are provided by the curl project so I'm not the man to
ask.

Let me explan what these DLLs (and one additional one) do:

  php_curl.dll - is the PHP/CURL binding DLL. I believe the PHP team provides a
                 pre-built such in their win32 packages.

  libeay32.dll
  ssleay32.dll - are the OpenSSL libs built as DLLs for Windows. There are some
                 pre-built versions of these listed here:

  libcurl.dll - (not mentioned in your list), is libcurl built as a Windows
                 DLL and we offer such ones from the curl web site:
