IIS, CURL and PHP - How?

Hello friends!
I'm trying install Curl on my IIS 5.1 (PHP enabled), but I have no idea
where I start. What I need to do this? What files? I don't understand if I
need download the Curl, or only the dlls necessary to the curl work.
Someone can give a hand?
