i need help i want to upload a "remote" file to my ftp server.

i have read posts etc and have no idea on how to do this...

this in paticular:

Basics:

Use a FTP URL with the target to-become file name.

Pick UPLOAD

Provide INFILE and INFILESIZE.

Perform.

Done.
.........

and have no clue what that means!  as well as seeing this php script

http://melbourne.ug.php.net/content/view/97/76  this part as well being confusing

 Note:
* If you are using this function to send a file upload make sure to prefix
* filename value with '@' symbol to tell cURL that we are sending a file
* and not a string.

where does that even go?

...

plus i will need to put in my user and password to get some files i know... i basically want a input where i put the file and upload it.

seems there is example but not for what i want,i dont want to get from my pc but from any file on the net

wow would any help be nice.

Thank you
