Adding a certificate

Hi,

Excuse me if I have a limited knowledge of certificates.

I am trying to add my own uncertified certificate to curls
curl-ca-bundle.crt file on a machine that will be connecting to my own
servers in which I have installed the same certificates.

I have followed the formatting of the certificates in the .crt file and got
my certificates info by doing a openssl x509 -in server.crt -fingerprint
-text . Is this something anyone else has done or attempted with
libcurl? Any input would be appreciated.

I am also looking for a concise explanation about the curl_setopt flats
VERIFYPEER AND VERIFYHOST.
When to use which and why?

I am using the newest version of curl curl-7.10.3 on RedHat with the newest
version of php and openssl.

Openssl is compiled correctly as well, meaning I can go to https sites.
Does anyone know of a site that uses certificates that I can test the
certificate end of the equation with?

Thanks in advance,
Jesse
