This is driving me nuts. I have openssl installed and it refuses to install
on my red hat system.
Here is my configure script

./configure --with-ssl=/usr/local/ssl

ssl is installed.

All the files it says it can't find are in /usr/local/ssl/include/openssl
directory.

Please help this is urgent!
