curl.exe in curl-7.71.1-win32-mingw.zip compiled using gcc 9.3, which has vulnerability (CVE-2019-15847): How is curl.exe affected?

Hi

I'm currently using curl.exe, found in the curl-7.71.1-win32-mingw.zip
downloaded package. It appears gcc 9.3 was used, which is linked to a known
vulnerability (https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2019-15847)

How would curl.exe be affected by this? I'm using curl.exe to transfer
files to and from a FTPS server.
