Does curl support "continuous" content

Hi,

I have run into various sites whose content can be scrolled to the end but then the server "thinks" for a while and then produces more content. I don't know what that's called but it's kinda cool. When I aim curl at such a URL all I get is like the first page... no further content.

Have you heard of this feature? Does curl support that?
