cURL Help

We are using Filemaker Pro to submit to Pardot’s API. We are new to all this, and I am having all sorts of issues with the cURL options. Here is what I am sending:

--data-urlencode user_key=<user_key> \
--data-urlencode api_key=<api_key \
--data-urlencode from_name=First Last \
--data-urlencode from_email=myemail_at_comain.com \
--data-urlencode replyto_email=myemail_at_comain.co\
--data-urlencode list_ids[]=2554 \
--data-urlencode html_content=Text%%unsubscribe%% \
--data-urlencode text_content=Text%%unsubscribe%% \
--data-urlencode name=TheName \
--data-urlencode subject=This Is The Subject \
--data-urlencode campaign_id=1256 \
--data-urlencode format=json

However, for the subject, I am getting only “This”. In other words, the code is being truncated at the first space. I know I have to be doing something dumb here, but I can’t figure it out. Under normal circumstances, I would have though quotation marks would do it. But nope. Here is the JSON being returned to me:
