Making two requests

I have tested

curl.exe -d "param1=value1&param2=value2" -X POST http://127.0.0.1:81/data

And nothing happens. Also the latested DOS version of curl, wget, etc
are corrupted. When opening with WinRAR the application starts
blinking and when double clicking nothing happen.
