Help!

I have downloaded a more current version of curl but I must be missing something.

This command still works with older version of curl:
C:\curl_7_47_1\curl-7.47.1-win64-mingw\bin\curl.exe -p -E file.pem:password -F orgid=myorgid -F userid=myuserid -F xml=myxmlfile.xml https://theuploadsite -k -v -L

But this one does not.
C:\curl_7_52_1\src\cURL.exe -p -E file.pem:password -F orgid=myorgid -F userid=myuserid -F xml=myxmlfile.xml https://theuploadsite -k -v -L

I am quite sure I am missing a crucial pience of the new download.

Can someone direct me to my mistake?
