             I need to find the root cause at the earliest, I am planning to capture 'tcpdump' with working and non working user.Can you please give me some pointers as which packets to look for to get the termination state or protocol messages which decide error state.  Regards

All that taken together sounds like "server hiccup" to me. Especially when no
error is reported by curl it sounds to me like everything is working fine at a
protocol level but the server does something odd that makes this happen.
