Thanks for the response, the question was in the context of SSL, sorry if it wasn't clear. Does curl allow you to specify an SHA2 certificate when using SSL.

What do you mean by "curl supports SHA2"?  curl is a tool for transferring
data using application-level network protocols.  Which protocol(s) are you
asking about?
