Thanks Dan for pointing me to that option, did not know I could use that. Would be great if the 3rd argument
(i.e. the address) could also be a FQDN. This would avoid the requirement to use something like "dig +short"
to resolve the name first.

Meanwhile I used dig +short and removed the -k option, and --resolve did the trick
