I'm not aware of anyone providing such binaries for download. Remember the
info that is shown on said download page: the binaries offered for download
are provided by friendly volounteers. In the curl project we only make and
distribute source code.

I too would like to see more curl binaries built to support HTTP/2 for all
platforms, but it has not taken off for real just yet.
