Donwloading urls with similar names

Dear all,
I am new to curl and I know very little about programming. I need to
download several pages for a research project on the European Parliament.
They have very similar names but there is a change in the date of documents
(see reference=".*?"). This is an example:
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getDoc.do?type=CRE&reference=20100407&secondRef=TOC&language=es
Can I download all urls required someway with curl??
