 Yes, that is the correct patch. Otherwise curl/WinSSL 7.30.0 crashes at exit,
 generating a standard Windows error dialog. The bug has been reported on the
 libcurl mailing list and fixed in the development source, as you found, but not
 in curl itself (until the next release, I assume).
