Gabriele,

Our master.dl.sf.net webserver needed a swift kick. That said the
problem would be short lived since we only direct folks to that server
if the file isn't present elsewhere or we cannot figure out a better
server to use (and its also bandwidth restricted -- so nobody really
wants to use it). It should work now.
