Hello,

I am using curl over POTS dialup links. Some are slower than others. Some of the bad modems seem to fail after a a short time.

Some files transferred are relatively large and on slow links will take some time to transfer.

It would be ideal if I could tell curl to quit if it can't move any bytes up or down stream for a specified period as opposed to a total transaction time limit. Is this possible?
