So my software does not work since 1997 where I have written the
first version of my software.

I already call

Notepad.exe ( replaced by Ultraedit)
FTPS.exe from moveitfreely
curl.exe
ImageMagick
7z.exe

direct from the html code.

Maybe You should study the word
HTA = Hyper Text Application
