Wow. I would really suggest that you upgrade to a much more recent libssh2
version, as we've done MUCH progress since 0.16 (which was released in August
2007) and fixed numerous bugs and problems. Your problam is likely a libssh2
bug.
The libssh2 site is currently unavailable though, but should be back up in a
day or two.
