The following appears to run to completion and then crashes without writing the file
c:\>curl -O http://selenic.com/repo/hg-stable/archive/tip.tar.bz2

...while the following works as expected
c:\>curl -o mercurial.tbz2 http://selenic.com/repo/hg-stable/archive/tip.tar.bz2

For me, the crash is independent of URL and did not happen with 7.20.0
