Congratulations and thank you for the continuous work on curl

I updated my curl compilation with SSH an SFTP support on Windows to
version 7.19.6 and am making the binaries publicly available at:

http://infologika.com.br/public/curl/curl_7.19.6.zip

Also all dependent libraries (openssl, openssh, zlib) are updated to the
latest versions. Finally I removed the dependency to VS 2008 C++ runtime
so it is standalone.

Could you please update the links in the downloads page?
