Hi,

I performed FTP uploads and downloads and it seems as if uploads take a lot longer than downloads on the same 20MB file.

I tried capturing the network data using WireShark and discovered that for upload, curl uploads the whole 20MB file. But for download, curl only downloads about 3.6MB.

Does anyone have an idea why? Does curl use any cache or some sort?
