I'm trying to get CURL to read RCS.txt, take the contents from that and
put it into the below command... Any idea how I would do that?

c:\curl\curl.exe -uUSERNAME:PASSWORD -dstatus="is now playing - CONTENTS
OF TEXTFILE" http://twitter.com/statuses/update.xml
