HI All,

When I attempt to access a URL (both via command line and using PHP) located
on the localhost I get a "curl: (7) couldn't connect to host" error. These
same attempts from other servers work fine. Also, I can access URLs outside
of the localhost just fine. Is there some setting I am missing with regards
to Curl that I need to change that is restricting access to the localhost?

I've been working on this one off and on for weeks and I'm at a dead end.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
