Anyway...

VDSP is not supported out of the box by curl nor libcurl no matter
which version you try. So it is absolutely normal you get all sort of
errors.

curl and libcurl building process is different depending on what kind
of operating system you are using. We can help you with curl and
libcurl specific issues, but you will have to be able to answer
questions specific to the VDSP and OS you are using, otherwise support
for VDSP won't be possible.

Since all this is mostly internal to libcurl you should open a new
thread in the "curl-library Mailing List"
