Navigating menus with curl

Hello
I am a new user of curl, I want to use command line curl to upload files
to a 3rd party website. The problem I have is that having logged on I
need to navigate down through 2 levels of menus to get to the page to
upload the file. In principle is it possible to do this with curl?
