Here is more debug info after i used the CURLOPT_VERBOSE option in curl_easy_setopt.

* About to connect() to 155.229.82.33 port 7003
* Trying 155.229.82.33... * Failed to connect to 155.229.82.33: Success
* Success
* couldn't connect to host
* Closing connection #0
* couldn't connect to server
