HTTP - conditional request support

Hi,
I would like to use libcurl and I am interested if it offers support for
conditional HTTP requests using Etags, through the addition of headers
such as If-Match or If-not-Match. I have searched a bit through the
documentation and did not find a reference to this until now, but I hope
I haven't searched enough.
