Try running it from the commandline first, then make a batch script.

Eg. start a command prompt (cmd) type curl and see if that works. If it
does, then try curl with your parameters.

If that all works, well then it should be ok, then it's something fubar
in your script. If not, then you must be missing something vital and you
need to post the exact error-message you are getting here.
