yes i read but i have not found the method to do, now yes, i test with
an russian FTP
servers who transfers at home about 1150Ko/s server and i use 1100K
1200K 1150K 1120K 1200K and it seems stops to transfer when current
speed is more than value i have choosen in "limit-rate" ... so the
bug seems to be in the comparison value between current and limit-rate
OR/AND in the "limit-rate" routine

can you reproduce bug in linux with 7.16-0 ? ubuntu version binary pack
is only
